Today, as I was exploring my new city, I stumbled across an art gallery The Peoples Art of Portland. Showcasing a variety of local Portland artist. The hip gallery is surprisingly located on the top-level of downtown mall! I ended up chatting with the owner of the gallery Chris Haberman for a good chunk of time. Along with being a curator, Chris is also a well known Oregon artist (um, yeah he sold 6000 paintings in 6.5 years)! He has also been featured on OPB’s Oregon Art Beat. It was inspiring to chat with him…now its time to make some art!
